“She went on to throw a birthday bash at a
hotel where she invited her friends to celebrate with her. However, Deborah was
reported to have slumped and started vomiting blood shortly after which she
passed on.”
“According to Legit.ng, “Tushima” had earlier released photos to celebrate her big day”
This came shortly after she was said to have received an iPhone 11 as a birthday
gift from her boyfriend.”
A video online captures the moment she
received the gift, much to the excitement of her friends and well-wishers. “Under
the video is the report by someone who insinuated that she must have been
poisoned by someone at the party out of jealousy over the gifts she received”.

“However, @HannahSilas_ a Twitter user took to social media to counter the
narrative that she was poisoned because of an iPhone 11. “Hannah who shared a
conversation she had with a family friend of “Deborah”, stated that she did not die of poisoning but had a
pre-existing heart condition”.
“In the screenshots of the conversation
shared, "Deborah" who was doing her Industrial Training in Makurdi, had a heart
condition that caused her to faint on different occasion”.
The incident at her birthday was the 4th time she had collapsed and sadly, didn't make it. Hannah wrote: "I really don't know where you are getting all this your rumours from but this is what an immediate family member told me, I really shouldn't be doing this.
"Deborah's" death hasn't been confirmed as poisoning, "Deborah Tushima" didn't die because of an IPhone 11".

It appears this narrative of Deborah being
poisoned to death is what many people on Twitter are going with and it has left
several people in shock and saddened by the possibility that someone did take
her life on her birthday.
